Job summary

Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Application Analyst to help implement and transform the Devon Epic Electronic Patient Record (EPR) across Devon acute Trusts. You will work within the Beacon (Oncology) area to ensure safe and effective configuration supporting clinical, operational and admin workflows.

You will collaborate with clinical, operational and digital colleagues to analyse workflows, support configuration, testing and optimisation activities,

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and supporting Epic EPR systems.
• Ability to lead change management and document configurations.
• Willingness to travel across Devon sites and occasional evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Analyse workflows and support system configuration, testing and optimisation activities.
• Lead change management, troubleshooting issues and maintaining system documentation.
• Participate in testing programmes and contribute to major upgrades and optimisation initiatives.
