Job summary

Sellick Partnership is supporting an NHS organisation in Birmingham with the recruitment of an experienced Lead Application Analyst to join their EPR team on an interim 5-month contract. You will design, configure, build and test Epic modules, coordinating complex issues and working with clinicians and IT teams to optimise workflows.

The role emphasises governance, training, and delivering system changes aligned with clinical priorities.

Qualifications

Significant experience working with Epic / EPR applications.
Strong understanding of clinical workflows and complex application environments.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions from complex information.
Experience working with clinicians, SMEs, technical teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design, configuration, build and testing of assigned Epic modules.
Primary point of contact for application users and coordinating resolution of complex issues.
Support delivery of application optimisation and development plans.
Identify, plan and implement system changes and improvements with delivery managers.
Work with clinicians and SMEs to understand requirements and improve workflows.
Provide oversight of Epic applications, including upgrades, testing and risk assessments.
Support incident management affecting clinical workflows and reporting.
Develop and deliver user training and gather feedback on system use.
