Job summary

NRL’s client in Wormington seeks an experienced Document Controller for a 12-month contract. You will manage document control procedures, MDRs, and transmittals on major EPC projects, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with Aconex or similar DMS, strong Excel skills for registers, and excellent collaboration with engineering and client teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Document Control role within EPC/engineering/infrastructure environments.
• Strong understanding of document control procedures, revision management, MDRs and transmittals.
• Experience using Aconex or comparable systems and proficient Excel use for registers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and control project documents, transmittals and MDRs to meet timescales.
• Coordinate with project teams, engineering and clients to ensure accurate documentation.
