Job summary

NRL Recruitment seeks a Lead Document Controller to deliver and maintain a complete, auditable document control function for the Aramco EPC project in the UK. You will manage workflows, transmittals, and handovers, ensuring timely processing of engineering and procurement documentation.

Ideal candidates have substantial Lead Document Control experience on major EPC projects, with exposure to Aramco or oil and gas environments, and proficiency with WRENCH and related workflows.

Qualifications

• Lead document control on major EPC projects.
• Proven ability to manage auditable document workflows and controls.
• Experience with expedient handling of transmittals, registers, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Independently deliver and maintain complete, accurate document control for the EPC Aramco project.
• Manage deliverables, workflows, registers, transmittals, reporting, revision control, and handover activities.
• Coordinate exchange of engineering, procurement, vendor, subcontractor, and construction docs between Kent, Aramco and EPC stakeholders, solving issues.
• Identify and resolve document management issues affecting project delivery.
