Job summary

NRL is seeking two Document Controllers to establish, maintain, and improve project document management processes across the EPC lifecycle on an Aramco project in the UK. You will independently deliver document control services, manage deliverables, workflows, registers, transmittals, revision control, and handover activities in accordance with client standards.

Experience with WRENCH is essential; ideal candidates have lead document control experience on major EPC projects, familiarity with

Qualifications

• Lead document control on major EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of engineering and construction document management processes.
• Experience managing large volumes of multidisciplinary project documentation.
• Able to work autonomously to achieve deliverables.
• Preferably experience supporting Saudi Aramco projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain and improve the document control function for the EPC project.
• Manage deliverables, document workflows, registers, transmittals, reporting and revision control.
• Coordinate document distribution and handover activities; ensure compliance with procedures and quality requirements.
• Exchange information with Kent, Aramco and EPC stakeholders; identify and resolve document management issues.
