Salary: Band G - I, £32,061 - £41,771 (dependent on skills, experience and qualifications)
One permanent post.
Hours:
Band G Student EHO – working hours will be negotiated with a minimum of 18.5 hours per week to be agreed on appointment.
Band H and I – Full‑time, 37 hours per week.

You’ll support or lead the delivery of food safety functions, including:
Band G (Student):
Currently enrolled on a CIEH‑recognised Environmental Health degree/master’s.
Passed at least two years of study and committed to completing your qualification, supplementing it with hands‑on work experience.
Able to agree a minimum 18.5 hours per week contact with the aim of increasing post‑graduation (pay will be pro‑rata of the grade).
Band H (Graduate):
Degree/master’s in Environmental Health (CIEH‑recognised).
Commitment to completing your professional portfolio and achieving full CIEH registration with support from our service.
Band I (Qualified and Registered):
Degree in Environmental Health and Certificate of Registration with Environmental Health Registration Board.
Demonstrable experience in food safety regulation.
