A leading civil engineering contractor in the UK is seeking an Environmental Clerk of Works to monitor and ensure compliance with environmental commitments on a range of infrastructure projects. This role involves advising site teams on protecting biodiversity and conducting ecological surveys. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Environmental Science or a related field and have at least a year of relevant site-based experience. A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel to rural sites are essential for this position.

As the Environmental Clerk of Works, you'll be the on-the-ground guardian of biodiversity, habitats, and compliance.
This is a field-based role supporting a range of infrastructure and construction projects (Power & Transmission, Renewables, Cabling).
