You will manage service enquiries, greet customers for drop-off, identify needs, progress updates, upsell opportunities, and pre-handover inspections, contributing to a seamless service experience.

Qualifications

• Must have current experience as a car dealership Service Advisor in a franchised main dealership.
• Prestige brand experience preferred.
• Excellent customer handling skills.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude and approach to work.
• Must have a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage all service telephone and walk-in enquiries.
• Meet and greet customers, qualify and identify customer needs for vehicle drop-off.
• Progress and update the customer throughout the day.
• Discuss and upsell additional work to the customer, and forward diarised unsold work.
• Carry out inspections where necessary prior to handover to customer.
