Job summary

Nesta is seeking a Group IT Service Desk Coordinator to join our friendly Service Desk team, supporting colleagues across all organisations within the Nesta Group, such as BIT.

This entry-level role offers training and a clear path into an IT career, handling 1st and light 2nd line tickets and using Jira Service Management, Google Workspace, and other tools. You’ll be part of a four-person team, reporting to the Group IT Service Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Interest in IT and eagerness to learn.
• Basic troubleshooting in Windows or macOS.
• Clear communication in plain English.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for IT support across Nesta Group.
• Log and resolve tickets in Jira Service Management.
• Troubleshoot Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Build and maintain laptops and desktops.
• Set up meeting rooms and video conferencing.
• Onboard/offboard user accounts and access.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles.
