• Entry-level role; no prior IT, telecommunications or project coordination experience required.
• Organised and approachable candidate with willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle multiple orders and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process new orders and help move them through to completion.
• Place and manage telephony, connectivity, mobile and SIM orders.
• Process service cancellations accurately and on time.
• Maintain clear, accurate customer and order information in our CRM system.
• Keep colleagues informed about progress, delays, risks and anything that needs escalating.
• Ensure completed orders are invoiced in a timely manner.
• Schedule engineering visits and confirm appointments with customers.
• Work with suppliers to help ensure services are delivered correctly and on time.
• Arrange third-party services, including cabling installations.
• Provide our customers with clear and helpful updates via Telephone and E-Mail.
• Act as a consistent point of contact throughout an order or project.
• Follow up with colleagues and suppliers when items are outstanding.
