Powerforce is recruiting for an Entry Level Field Sales position covering Edinburgh, Falkirk, Fife and surrounding areas. No experience required; graduates and school leavers are encouraged to apply.

You will be trained, coached and supported as you learn to promote Haribo and Molson Coors, build displays and drive in-store engagement. You’ll work Monday to Friday with a company van and a competitive package including a 15% bonus on top of £26k base salary.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; attitude matters.
• Full UK manual driving licence (12+ months).
• Confident communicator with people skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in field sales.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with store owners and staff.
• Promote products, build displays and boost brand presence.
• Support stock availability, in-store engagement and visibility.
• Collaborate with team and share best practices.
