Job summary

Powerforce is recruiting for an Entry Level Field Sales position covering Edinburgh, Falkirk, Fife and surrounding areas. No experience required; graduates and school leavers are encouraged to apply.

You will be trained, coached and supported as you learn to promote Haribo and Molson Coors, build displays and drive in-store engagement. You’ll work Monday to Friday with a company van and a competitive package including a 15% bonus on top of £26k base salary.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; attitude matters.
• Full UK manual driving licence (12+ months).
• Confident communicator with people skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in field sales.

What's the role about?

Field Sales Executive - Entry Level (No Experience Required)

£26,000 per annum + 15% bonus (OTE £29,900) | Company Van | Mon - Fri | Full Time

Looking to start a career in sales, FMCG or field marketing? This is a hands-on, entry-level Field Sales role working with two major household brands - Haribo and Molson Coors - through Powerforce, a multi-award-winning field marketing company.

You don't need previous sales experience.

Full training, coaching and support are provided - we're looking for attitude, potential and drive.

Important Driving Requirements

This role includes a company manual van.

You must hold a full UK manual driving licence for at least 12 months. (Automatic-only licences cannot be considered)

What You'll Be Doing

• Relationship Building - Be the main point of contact for store owners and staff
• Sales & Visibility - Promote products, build displays and increase brand presence
• Retail Execution - Support availability, stock levels and in-store engagement
• Team Collaboration - Share best practice and learn alongside a supportive team

This is a practical, people-focused role where you learn by doing.
