Job summary

Powerforce GB is hiring an Entry Level Field Sales Executive to cover Edinburgh, Falkirk, Fife and surrounding areas. No prior sales experience is needed as full training is provided.

You will visit independent stores, promote Haribo and Molson Coors, and learn how sales and brand marketing work in the field. This role requires a full UK manual driving licence (automatic licences not accepted) and a company van with a fuel card.

Qualifications

• No sales experience required; we hire for potential.
• Confident communicator with good people skills.
• Organised, proactive and keen to learn.
• Interested in building a long-term career in sales or FMCG.
• Full UK manual driving licence held for 12+ months.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Building – main point of contact for store owners and staff.
• Sales & Visibility – promote products, build displays and increase brand presence.
• Retail Execution – support availability, stock levels and in-store engagement.
• Team Collaboration – share best practice and learn with a supportive team.
