Job summary

Arcus FM Limited is hiring a full-time Junior Billing & Invoicing Specialist in Brentwood to support the Finance team. This entry-level role focuses on accurate data capture, validation and processing of billing information, with routine data entry and filing tasks and onboarding training.

You will learn billing processes, finance systems and customer requirements while contributing to month-end activities and collaborating across Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Enter billing, invoice and cost information accurately onto company systems, customer portals and billing trackers in line with agreed procedures.
• Complete routine checks to confirm that all required information and supporting documentation has been received before data is processed.
• Maintain accurate electronic records, trackers and filing systems to provide a clear audit trail of completed and outstanding work.
• Support the preparation of standard invoices and applications for payment under the guidance of experienced team members.
• Check customer, supplier, contract and purchase order information, highlighting any missing or inconsistent details.
• Assist with uploading invoices, supporting documentation and application information to customer billing systems.
• Follow up routine requests for missing paperwork or information with internal teams and suppliers using agreed templates and processes.
