Arc is seeking a Billing Administrator to join the Finance team in Basildon. You will prepare, process and reconcile invoices across managed service contracts, cloud, cybersecurity and project billing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing, invoicing or finance administration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process and issue customer invoices across contracts and projects.
• Check billing information, rates and customer details for accuracy.
• Process credit notes and billing adjustments when required.
• Maintain accurate customer and billing records in finance systems.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and queries.
• Liaise with customers and internal teams on billing issues.
• Produce regular billing reports and support month-end activities.
