Inventive Search is seeking a Billing Administrator in Basildon to join a busy Finance team. You will prepare, check, and process customer invoices, keep billing records up to date, and resolve routine invoicing queries.

The role requires attention to detail, numerical confidence, and good Excel/Office skills. Training on internal systems will be provided, with a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in administration, invoicing, billing or accounts support.
• Strong eye for detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Comfort with numbers and checking information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Well-organised with good time-management and reliability.
• Willingness to learn new software and processes.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, check and process customer invoices on time.
• Ensure invoice details and customer information are correct.
• Update information in internal billing and finance systems.
• Process credit notes and invoice adjustments when required.
• Respond to straightforward invoicing queries.
• Identify billing errors and escalate complex issues.
• Maintain accurate and organised billing records.
• Support the Finance team with general admin tasks.
