Job summary

Arcus FM Limited in Brentwood is seeking a Junior Billing & Invoicing Specialist to join our Finance team on a full-time basis. This entry-level role supports accurate capture, validation and processing of billing information, data entry, and routine administrative tasks, helping to maintain clear billing records.

Full training will be provided as you develop knowledge of billing processes, customer requirements, and finance systems.

Qualifications

• Accurate data entry with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn billing processes and finance systems.
• Ability to follow written procedures and meet timescales.

Responsibilities

• Enter billing, invoice and cost information onto systems and trackers.
• Check information and documentation received before processing.
• Maintain electronic records and filing for audit trails.
• Assist in preparing standard invoices and payments.
• Check customer, supplier, contract and PO data for accuracy.
• Upload invoices and supporting documents to billing systems.
• Follow up missing paperwork with internal teams and suppliers.
• Record rejections and queries, escalate when needed.
• Complete workloads within timescales and update progress.
• Follow SOPs and confidentiality requirements.
• Participate in training to learn processes and terminology.
• Support month-end activities and cross-functional tasks.
