Job summary

SumUp is seeking a Field Sales Partner in the Nottingham area to drive merchant acquisition across local SMEs. This is a 100% commission-only, self-employed opportunity with uncapped upfront commissions and 5-year recurring revenue, aiming for substantial monthly earnings based on performance.

You'll start with a full-time training week, then autonomously manage your diary, pipeline, and territory while receiving coaching from field sales leaders.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in high-rejection, face-to-face or B2B sales environments.

Responsibilities

• Prospect at least 30 local SMEs daily through face-to-face visits and outbound outreach.
• Conduct consultative selling by analyzing each merchant's payment setup and presenting SumUp's ecosystem.
• Own your territory and manage your pipeline, CRM, and merchant onboarding from first contact to install.
• Generate 3–5 new merchant partnerships weekly through meaningful conversations and relationship building.
• Launch and run a full-time training week to learn product, pitch, CRM, and territory strategy.
