Warner Hotels is seeking an Entertainment Supervisor for Thoresby Hall. The role delivers smooth entertainment on shift, combining operational leadership with guest-focused service to ensure high standards and a positive guest experience.

You will lead on-shift teams, manage guest queries, and collaborate with managers to resolve issues promptly, while upholding safety and compliance across all activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in entertainment operations or supervisory roles.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of live event coordination and technical requirements.

Responsabilités

• Act as on-shift leader across the department and monitor standards.
• Serve as main guest contact during the shift and handle queries.
• Provide on-shift support and guidance to teams across departments.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and company policies.
• Monitor upselling opportunities and maintain cash handling accuracy.
• Conduct shift handovers and prepare reports on key events and challenges.
• Coordinate with organisers and internal teams for events.
• Take decisive action during emergencies to minimise disruption.
