Qualifications

• Front Office experience in hospitality and service standards.
• Knowledge of GDPR/PCI compliance and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to lead guest-facing teams with clear communication.

Responsabilités

• Act as the on-shift leader across the department.
• Monitor operational standards and efficiency in all areas.
• Coordinate with department managers to resolve issues promptly.
• Motivate teams and lead by example with a positive, collaborative approach.
• Handle guest queries, complaints, VIPs and special requests.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and complete incident reports.
