Job summary

You will be part of a globally distributed SE team, partnering with sales to deliver enterprise experiences to Global 2000 customers, and acting as a trusted technical advisor in the pre-sales process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years interacting with enterprise customers in a pre-sales capacity.
• Excellent communication and strong presentation skills to multi-level audiences.
• Proficiency in German for the EMEA New Logo market.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional account teams and Atlassian partners to discover customer needs and map to Atlassian solutions.
• Identify opportunities for cross-product/solution expansions.
• Investigate and assess client pain points.
• Be a trusted technical advisor in pre-sales, showing the value of the software.
• Understand product offerings and how they work together to unlock the power of teams.
• Lead tailored value-based demonstrations.
• Guide the customer's technical needs in the sales process to gain buy-in.
• Forge partnerships with assigned sales counterparts; discuss pipeline and opportunities.
• Document feedback and competitive intelligence internally for product management.
• Continuously learn and refine pre-sales knowledge and sales processes.
