Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise software implementations from kickoff through go-live.
• Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously.
• Drive discovery sessions and workflow mapping.
• Coordinate stakeholders across clients, engineering, and product teams.
• Lead training, go-live support, and hypercare activities.
