Job summary

RedTech Recruitment is seeking an experienced SaaS Implementation Specialist to join a rapidly growing AI software company. You will manage multiple enterprise customer implementations from discovery and configuration through training and adoption, translating complex requirements into scalable software solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong SaaS implementation experience in enterprise environments.
• End-to-end ownership from discovery to adoption required.
• Excellent communication and training delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer implementations from handover through successful adoption.
• Lead discovery and scoping sessions to understand objectives and requirements.
• Translate requirements into scalable platform configurations using best practices.
• Manage multiple implementations with agreed timelines and milestones.
• Maintain implementation plans and customer records.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and internal teams for smooth handover.
• Deliver platform training to user groups and adapt for different roles.
• Explain platform functionality and trade-offs clearly to customers.
• Advise customers on effective usage and best practices to maximize value.
• Identify risks and dependencies early and propose resolutions.
• Develop knowledge of AI platform and its application across workflows.
