Job summary

MHR in the United Kingdom is seeking an Account Director to accelerate growth and maximise strategic value across our largest enterprise customers.

You will lead complex, high‑value SaaS engagements in HR, payroll or finance, and influence executives to shape multi-year digital transformation.

Joining Enterprise Account Management, you will collaborate with Customer Success, Consultancy, Product and Delivery to drive outcomes and long-term customer value.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally HR, payroll, finance, or related business applications.
• Ability to influence decision-makers and shape strategic roadmaps.
• Experience managing large, multi-year digital transformation engagements.

Responsibilities
