Job summary

Leonardo is seeking a Risk Analyst to join the Risk Function Team in Edinburgh, with flexibility to other UK sites. The role supports the Enterprise Risk Management framework across the Electronics Division, working closely with Risk Owners to identify and manage threats and opportunities using data-driven insights.

You will develop predictive analytics, create Power BI dashboards and contribute to risk reporting that informs leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Understanding of risk management frameworks and governance.
• Experience in Enterprise Risk Management or related governance.
• Experience facilitating risk workshops and risk reviews.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities.
• Ability to develop dashboards and data visualisations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess and manage threats and opportunities across the business.
• Facilitate risk discussions and workshops and track mitigation actions.
• Develop insightful risk reporting and dashboards supporting decision making.
• Interpret Monte Carlo analysis and S-Curves for risk insights.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to promote a strong risk culture.
