Job summary

Leonardo seeks a Risk Manager to drive the effective implementation and governance of the Project Risk Management process across its Electronics Division. The role requires independent oversight, challenging IPTs and ensuring consistent risk practices across baselines, with travel to Basildon/Southampton and occasional visits to other sites.

Qualifications

• Degree in technical or business
• Strong knowledge of enterprise and project risk management frameworks standards
• Highly numerate with experience of statistical and financial modelling (Monte Carlo)

Responsibilities

• Provide independent oversight and governance of the Project Risk Management process across projects.
• Support IPTs to identify, assess and manage risks and opportunities with clear risk information.
• Develop and monitor the RM Framework, ensuring alignment with policy and risk appetite.
