Leonardo is seeking an experienced Risk Manager to lead the Project Risk Management process across a Line of Business within the Electronics Division. You will act as the local SME for the Leonardo Risk Management framework, providing oversight, assurance and governance across projects and IPTs.

You will operate at senior levels, influencing stakeholders and offering challenge to project teams and leadership.

Qualificações

• Significant experience in project or programme risk management.
• Highly numerate with experience of statistical and financial modelling (Monte Carlo).
• Experience translating complex risk information into clear, decision-focused insight.
• Ability to influence and communicate with stakeholders.
• Ability to lead workshops and present technical details to large teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide independent oversight and constructive challenge to ensure compliance with risk management policies, standards, and governance requirements.
• Define, monitor and continuously improve the RM framework and oversee its implementation.
• Support IPTs to identify, assess and manage risks and opportunities with clear risk information.
• Advise on appropriate risk treatment and mitigation strategies.
• Analyse post-treatment residual risk using Monte Carlo methods to support decision-making.
