Leonardo UK is seeking an experienced Risk Manager to govern and continuously improve the Project Risk Management process across a Line of Business. You will provide independent oversight, challenge, and guidance to IPTs, ensuring risks and opportunities are identified, assessed, and reported effectively.

Formación

• Degree in a technical or business subject.
• Significant experience in project or programme risk management.
• Strong numeracy with statistical and financial modelling, incl. Monte Carlo techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Provide independent oversight and governance of the RM framework across projects.
• Support IPTs to identify, assess and manage risks and opportunities with clear risk information.
• Produce risk reports and dashboards; ensure timely, decision-focused insight.
• Mentor and support Project Risk Managers and lead risk assurance activities.
• Analyse risk data, processes and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
