You will manage governance, risk and reporting, ensuring clear structures and strong stakeholder communication. The position emphasizes delivery excellence in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven programme delivery experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
• Experience delivering off the shelf or SaaS applications.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• The ability to bring clarity and structure to changing situations.
• Experience managing governance, risk and delivery reporting.
• Experience within retail and hospitality would be highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across a multi-site, multi-country programme.
• Coordinate internal teams and 3rd party vendors to deliver the enterprise system.
• Maintain governance, risk management and delivery reporting for the programme.
• Provide delivery capability and strategic direction from flight to rollout.
