Job summary

Tria in Watford is seeking an experienced Programme Director/Manager to deliver a core enterprise application for a retail and hospitality client. The role oversees multi-site delivery across countries, managing internal teams and vendors, with strong governance and reporting expectations.

The role requires proven programme delivery in retail/hospitality, experience with SaaS or off-the-shelf solutions, and excellent stakeholder management to bring clarity to evolving scenarios.

Qualifications

• Proven programme delivery experience in a retail or hospitality environment (must-have).
• Experience delivering off-the-shelf or SaaS applications (must-have).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (must-have).
• Ability to bring clarity and structure to changing situations (must-have).
• Experience governing, risk-managing and delivering regular reporting (must-have).
• Experience in retail/hospitality is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple internal delivery teams and 3rd party vendors.
• Oversee complex stakeholder relationships across multi-site/multi-country delivery programme.
• Provide governance, risk and delivery reporting to sponsors and governance bodies.
• Take ownership of programme delivery from in-flight state to successful deployment.

We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to support the roll out and delivery of a core enterprise application for one of our retail & hospitality clients.

The role will focus on providing delivery capability across a substantial multi-site, multi-country application delivery programme. You'll pick up the programme in flight and take responsibility for managing multiple internal delivery teams, 3rd party vendors as well as complex internal stakeholder relationships.

We're interested in hearing from people who have delivery management experience with some of the following:

• Proven Programme delivery experience in a retail or hospitality environment
• Experience delivering off the shelf or SaaS applications.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• The ability to bring clarity and structure to changing situations
• Experience managing governance, risk and delivery reporting

Experience within retail and hospitality would be highly beneficial.
