At Atlassian, we are seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Solutions Engineering (SE) team across EMEA Strategic segments, managing a partial EMEA remit. You will shape a rapidly growing function within Atlassian's sales organization, partnering with direct and channel sales to deliver technical expertise throughout the sales cycle and influence customer solution decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales engineering with leadership in global, high-growth tech.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead high-impact SE team across EMEA, setting strategy and priorities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define SE strategy aligned to Strategic segment.
• Drive executive engagement with customers and partners throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop and operationalize metrics to manage deals, velocity, and win rates.
• Coordinate resources across regions, account tiers, and solution domains.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales Enablement to shape GTM.
• Represent Atlassian at industry events and advisory forums.
