Ebury London is seeking a Key Account Director for Payroll and Enterprise Sales to drive growth across enterprise clients and partnerships. You will lead complex, bespoke mass payment solutions and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored payroll/EOR offerings.

The role requires a proven track record in enterprise sales, engaging executive leaders, and managing multi-month sales cycles. This is an office-based position at a central London location.

Qualifications

• Sales experience with a proven track record of initiating & closing deals.
• Experience selling Payroll / EOR / Mass Payments solutions.
• Ability to manage long sales timelines (6-12 months).
• Ability to present and lead discovery meetings using consultative questioning.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders to align resources for clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate selling efforts with internal support and technical teams.
• Establish trusted partnerships at executive levels.
• Develop and nurture an enterprise client base across payroll and EOR.
