Meraki Talent in London seeks a senior Payroll leader to build a dedicated payroll bureau from the ground up within an established consultancy. You will leverage existing relationships and create new client mandates, shaping a scalable service line.

This is a true business-building opportunity, combining strategic development with operational leadership. You will build a team, drive client delivery and own the growth of the payroll bureau, with scope to express entrepreneurial vision.

An opportunity for an established Payroll leader who wants to build and develop a specialist payroll bureau from the ground up.

Our client is an ambitious boutique consultancy looking to expand its service offering through the development of a dedicated payroll bureau.

This is very much a business-building opportunity, rather than a traditional operational payroll position.

The firm is looking to appoint a senior professional who can utilise their existing relationships, develop new business, secure client mandates and take ownership of building the bureau.

We are keen to speak with experienced Payroll Directors, Heads of Payroll and Partners who bring:

• Extensive experience within outsourced payroll and bureau environments.
• An established network of clients, professional advisers and business contacts.
• A proven ability to generate new business and secure payroll mandates.
• Experience developing payroll services, building teams and managing client relationships.
• The commercial ambition to establish and grow a specialist service line.
