Neos Networks is seeking two ambitious Business Development Account Managers to win new Enterprise customers in the Reading area. This hybrid role offers 2–3 days in the office with flexible arrangements and a salary up to £45,000 DOE plus a performance bonus and excellent benefits.

You will own the full sales cycle, creating your own pipeline and driving revenue growth in a growing organisation. The role emphasizes hunting new logos with no inherited portfolio, and success is measured by

Qualifications

• Proven new business sales experience.
• Track record of opening new accounts.
• Experience generating your own pipeline through proactive prospecting.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders within complex sales environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target and win new Enterprise customers.
• Build and manage your own prospect universe.
• Generate opportunities through outbound activity, networking, referrals, events and lead follow-up.
• Own the entire sales journey, from first conversation through to contract signature.
• Develop compelling business cases and value-led solutions.
• Negotiate commercially sound agreements that deliver profitable growth.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
