Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Talent Transformation Manager to lead workforce strategy, learning and reskilling initiatives for UK clients across London, Manchester and Edinburgh. You will shape capability plans, drive delivery across global teams and partner with clients to implement skills-based organisations.

You will coach analysts, contribute to bids, and apply insights on AI-driven workforce changes to build sustainable talent capability and business value.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in talent management and capability strategy and programmes.
• Ability to perform capability gap assessments and learning needs analysis.
• Experience implementing learning or reskilling programmes and leveraging analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead global delivery teams for workforce strategy, learning and reskilling projects.
• Own client relationships and guide Talent Transformation initiatives.
• Coach and empower analysts and consultants to reach potential.
• Contribute to sales processes, bids, and client presentations.
• Understand digital and AI impact on workforce and required new skills.
• Develop and present Skills Architecture to align roles with business goals.
• Advise on tooling (LXP, LMS) for Talent engagements.
