Job summary

Accenture UK is seeking a senior leader to drive the Learning & Workforce Reinvention practice. You will own the growth agenda, originate opportunities and shape propositions across AI-powered learning, skilling and enterprise transformation.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams and engage C-Suite stakeholders to deliver large-scale programmes. You will build market eminence, partner with LearnVantage product leadership, and expand capabilities across Talent Reinvention to help clients

Qualifications

• Proven track record building a market or practice.
• Deep consulting credibility in learning, workforce transformation or adjacent talent strategy.
• Experience with organisation design, change management and talent operating model.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth agenda for the Learning offering, building a pipeline and shaping propositions.
• Lead senior client engagements end-to-end as trusted advisor across complex learning transformations.
• Architect and oversee delivery, coordinating multidisciplinary teams across strategy, content, technology and managed services.
• Lead or co-lead work that connects learning to workforce strategy and talent operating model.
