Job summary

Accenture is building a Learning and Workforce Skills practice to transform how organisations upskill with AI-enabled capabilities. You will contribute to multi-workstream engagements, designing AI-skilling journeys and learning architectures at scale.

You will engage CHROs and business leaders, translate client needs into practical learning solutions, and collaborate with LearnVantage and partner teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Interest in AI and practical application to learning or talent.
• Understanding of modern enterprise learning and behaviour change.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to end-to-end client engagements across learning and workforce transformation.
• Design and deliver AI skilling programmes and learning architectures.
• Support skills gap analysis and connect learning investments to business outcomes.
• Collaborate across LXPs, AI learning tools, and skills data platforms.
• Support business development with proposals and client presentations.
• Work with LearnVantage teams and Accenture's learning network.
