Thames 360 is seeking a New Business Sales Executive to drive revenue growth across the UK and EMEA. The role combines consultative phone/virtual engagement with face-to-face client pitches in a hybrid Reading-based setup.

You will hunt for new enterprise accounts, leverage warm inbound leads, and articulate bespoke IT training, ITSM frameworks, and consulting services to C-suite clients, aiming to exceed ambitious targets.

Competenze

• Minimum 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in IT services, SaaS, consulting, or professional corporate training.
• Familiarity with ITSM frameworks (ITIL, SIAM) is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Must be able to build relationships with C-suite decision-makers and manage complex sales cycles.
• Self-motivated hunter mentality with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
