Job summary

Thanks Ben Ltd in London is seeking a Head of Implementation to build scalable enterprise delivery. You will own the operating model, standards and components, and drive an AI-native delivery approach with agents handling repeatable work.

You will lead 8–10 Implementation Managers, partner with commercial, customer and product leaders, and own end-to-end customer value from sales conversations to go-live.

Qualifications

• Built an implementation function to scale a B2B SaaS delivery team.
• Led enterprise delivery across multi-country programmes with deep integration.
• Built and led teams with measurable impact and retention.
• Technical credibility in integrations, APIs and data mapping.
• Experience driving an AI shift in delivery and determining what machines own.
• Carried a commercial number with revenue live and clear scope.

Responsibilities

• Transform how we implement enterprise customers by rebuilding operating model, standards and reusable components.
• Make implementation AI-native, defining what agents own and what humans stay in the loop.
• Own ARR launched by your team with on-time delivery and quality.
• Open up partner-led delivery with standards, enablement and oversight.
• Be the trusted executive sponsor during difficult builds and decisions.
• Lead 8–10 Implementation Managers through a transformation and talent development.
• Collaborate with commercial, customer and product leaders to align journeys.
