Job summary

Kiplot is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead enterprise implementations that reshape how customers plan, fund, resource and govern change. You will own substantial delivery ownership while collaborating with Product and Engineering across discovery, design, configuration, integration, rollout and adoption.

You will work with finance, strategy and technology leaders to translate their operating models into Kiplot configurations and pragmatic product requests, guiding customers to value

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex change in an enterprise environment and working directly with stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical process, system and configuration decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management and comfort with senior-level conversations.
• Structured approach to managing dependencies, plans and delivery momentum.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfort with sophisticated technology, data and integrations; not a software engineering role.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of enterprise implementations from discovery through rollout and adoption.
• Run workshops with stakeholders across finance, strategy, technology and delivery.
• Advise customers on best practice while aligning with their operating models.
• Configure Kiplot around each customer’s operating model, governance and reporting needs, without code.
• Manage complex stakeholder environments, set expectations and trade-offs.
• Distill customer requirements into well-scoped product requests for Product and Engineering.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve implementation challenges and shape integrations.
• Support customers through rollout and early adoption, embedding new processes in the organization.
