Job summary

Klaviyo, a leading martech company, seeks a Sr. Implementation Consultant in the UK to lead enterprise implementations, shape delivery strategies, and manage complex customer engagements. You will own project plans, coordinate across teams, and ensure value delivery from signup to long-term success.

With 4+ years in SaaS deployment, you will drive scope, timelines and risk management while collaborating with sales, success, and engineering to exceed customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years SaaS implementation experience.
• Experience in defining and presenting Statements of Work and delivery proposals for complex enterprise implementations.
• Adept at balancing technical depth with commercial clarity, ensuring engagements drive measurable customer value.
• Skilled in consultative selling and articulating how services accelerate time to value.
• Proven expertise in managing large, enterprise-level projects with multiple stakeholders across global teams.
• Experience establishing trusted customer relationships across multiple stakeholders on global teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise Sales early in the opportunity cycle to assess customer needs, shape services solutions, and ensure alignment between customer goals and Klaviyo delivery capabilities.
• Define, craft, and present Statements of Work (SOWs) that articulate scope, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics for enterprise engagements.
• Lead consultative conversations to clarify business objectives, identify risks, and translate outcomes into actionable delivery plans.
• Effectively implement new customers, guiding migration and fast-tracking value for enterprise accounts.
• Lead the implementation phase for new customers, managing scope, budget, plan, resources, and timeline.
