Qualifications

• 4+ years SaaS implementation experience.
• Experience defining and presenting Statements of Work and delivery proposals for complex enterprise implementations.
• Adept at balancing technical depth with commercial clarity to drive value and feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise Sales to shape services solutions and align goals with delivery capabilities.
• Define, craft, and present Statements of Work with scope, deliverables, timelines and success metrics.
• Lead consultative conversations to clarify objectives, identify risks, and translate outcomes into delivery plans.
• Lead implementation for enterprise customers, managing scope, budget, plan, resources and timeline.
• Build stakeholder relationships and communicate with internal and external teams to drive project progress.
