Job summary

Klaviyo seeks an experienced Sr. Implementation Consultant to lead enterprise implementations, shape delivery strategy, and own project plans from kick-off to successful hand-off. You will collaborate across Sales, Solutions Architects, and Customer Success to ensure rapid value delivery and stakeholder alignment.

You will coordinate complex, global deployments, manage risk, and mentor peers while maintaining a strong focus on customer outcomes and long-term success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years SaaS implementation experience.
• Experienced in defining and presenting Statements of Work (SOWs) and delivery proposals for complex enterprise implementations.
• Adept at balancing technical depth with commercial clarity, ensuring engagements deliver value.
• Skilled in consultative selling and articulating how services accelerate value.
• Proven expertise managing large, enterprise-level projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience establishing trusted customer relationships across global teams.
• Familiar with martech landscape and positioning value to complex customers.
• Experience implementing Martech solutions across Email/SMS with CDP integrations.
• Ability to tailor implementation processes for large environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across audiences.
• Strong project management mindset and delivery discipline.
• Experience with integrating large-scale tech stacks (SFDC, ERP systems).
• PMP certification recommended; mentoring experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise Sales early to assess needs and align solutions.
• Define, craft, and present SOWs with scope, deliverables, timelines and success metrics.
• Lead consultative conversations to clarify objectives, risks, and desired outcomes.
• Implement new customers, migrate data, and demonstrate value quickly in enterprise accounts.
• Manage the implementation phase including scope, budget, plan and resources.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate progress and risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Engage with C-level stakeholders to drive alignment and action.
• Navigate complex projects across global teams and dependencies.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements.
