Qualifications

• 4+ years SaaS implementation experience.
• Experience defining and presenting SOWs and delivery proposals for complex enterprise implementations.
• Balances technical depth with commercial clarity for feasible engagements.
• Skilled in consultative selling and articulating value of services.
• Proven ability to manage large, enterprise projects with many stakeholders.
• Establishes trusted relationships across global teams and customers.
• Keeps up-to-date with martech landscape and related technologies.
• Experience implementing Martech solutions across Email, SMS and CDP integrations.
• Experience tailoring implementation processes for enterprise-scale environments.
• Collaborative, curious, and adaptable in fast-changing settings.
• PMP certification strongly recommended.
• Mentors others and supports team-level execution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise Sales early to shape services solutions.
• Define and present SOWs with scope, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Lead consultative conversations to clarify objectives and risks.
• Implement new customers, migrating data and delivering use cases.
• Lead the implementation phase including scope, budget, plan and timeline.
• Build stakeholder relationships and drive visibility and accountability.
• Coordinate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams for delivery.
• Engage with C-level stakeholders to align on complex projects.
