Referment in London seeks an accomplished senior revenue leader to own the largest strategic client relationships end-to-end, with full closing rights across the FX product set. You will build and lead a team of Analysts, BDRs and Senior BDRs, stepping in as second closer when needed and driving enterprise growth.

• Proven track record in enterprise or strategic account sales.
• Experience selling FX products beyond spot and forwards.
• Experience leading or mentoring a sales team.
• Strong commercial judgment and autonomous work style.

• Own the firm's largest and most strategic client relationships end-to-end, with full closing and execution rights across the product set.
• Drive enterprise revenue growth with longer sales cycles and complex structuring.
• Build, lead and grow a team of Analysts, BDRs and Senior BDRs.
