Job summary

Marex is seeking a high-calibre Capital Markets COO / Business Management professional to drive strategic development, governance, and commercial leadership for its Corporate FX and Payments platforms in London. You will partner with Sales, Trading and Control functions to deliver growth, efficiency, and regulatory readiness in a fast-paced environment.

The role demands strong stakeholder management, ability to influence senior audiences, and a track record of delivering large-scale business

Qualifications

• Experience in Product/COO/Strategy/Execution roles within financial services or regulated environments.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the Capital Markets COO in day-to-day management and strategic development.
• Act as Product/Commercial Lead for Corporate FX & Private Markets FX; align requirements with technology priorities.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance and Finance on delivery and governance.
• Lead large, business-critical initiatives including new launches and regulatory-driven change.
• Develop operating models, governance, and management information to scale the business.
