Job summary

Snyk, a leader in developer security, seeks an EMEA Field and Partner Marketing Manager in London. The role combines field and partner marketing, shaping how Snyk shows up in key markets across UK, France, Germany, Benelux, and the Nordics.

You’ll steer multi-country campaigns, collaborate with Sales, and drive pipeline through partner channels. This hybrid UK-based role requires 3+ years in B2B tech marketing, with a data-driven mindset and experience with Salesforce and marketing automation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B technology marketing.
• Experience with field and partner marketing in EMEA.
• Background in software, cloud, cybersecurity, or developer-focused tech.
• Experience with channel partners (VARs, SIs, distributors).
• Comfort managing multi-country programmes and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver field marketing programmes aligned to regional sales goals.
• Execute ABM programmes, local events, executive roundtables, webinars, and third-party conferences.
• Adapt global campaigns to resonate across UK, France, Germany, Benelux, and the Nordics.
• Work with Sales to prioritise target accounts and support opportunity progression.
• Track performance with focus on opportunity influence, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Build and execute joint marketing activity with strategic partners.
• Deliver MDF-supported programmes such as co-branded campaigns, partner events, webinars, and case studies.
• Support partner enablement throughPartner Days, training sessions, and certification launches.
