Job summary

Cogna is seeking a Deployment Director in the UK to join a growing GTM team. You will lead high-impact deployments for major accounts, shaping strategy with executives and ensuring our precision software delivers measurable value for enterprise customers.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on platform work and cross-functional collaboration. You will grow and guide Deployment Strategists and Analysts, while shaping the team’s direction over time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related STEM field.
• At least ten years of experience solving complex client problems with custom software/product.
• Experience leading and growing high-performance teams including hiring and performance management.
• Experience leading complex multi-million enterprise accounts across pre-sales, post-sales, expansion.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Proven track record owning workstreams end-to-end and creating new playbooks.
• Experience writing code and leveraging AI to manipulate data.

Responsibilities

• Develop client strategy in collaboration with senior partners and executives.
• Lead complex accounts and drive growth across deployments.
• Ratify solutions by guiding the best use of Cogna platform to deliver value.
• Foster strong internal relationships across Exec, GTM and engineering.
• Maintain industry expertise in utilities, energy, manufacturing, and construction.
• Manage Deployment Strategists and Analysts, guiding career growth.
• Be hands-on when needed to deliver platform work and customer outcomes.
