Job summary

Decagon, a leading AI platform in the UK, seeks an Agent Deployment Engineer to drive end-to-end AI agent builds for strategic customers. You will own implementation, scale deployments, and collaborate across product, engineering, and GTM to meet customer needs.

You’ll work with senior technical stakeholders, define success metrics, and translate requirements into builds while maintaining quality and security standards. This role suits those who thrive in fast-moving, hands-on delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Strong coding basics and experience with APIs and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture and execution of AI agent builds for enterprise customers.
• Design core agent logic for reliable, high-quality behavior across models.
• Develop guardrails and supervisory controls for safe agent performance.
• Integrate with customer systems (data pipelines, CRMs, tickets).
• Interface with senior stakeholders to define success and requirements.
• Diagnose failures using traces and logs via root-cause analysis.
• Create evaluation frameworks to prevent drift and verify ground truth.
