Job summary

Decagon is hiring an Agent Deployment Engineer in London to lead end-to-end AI agent builds for enterprise customers. You will own the implementation, design core agent logic, and ensure reliable, scalable deployments across client environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a technical customer-facing role.
• Native or business-level fluency in English and French is required.
• Strong technical foundation: comfortable writing code and working with APIs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture and execution of AI agent builds for enterprise customers.
• Design and engineer core agentic logic to optimize quality, reliability and correctness.
• Engineer and validate guardrails and supervisory controls for safe agent performance.
• Architect, build, and test integrations with customer systems and data pipelines.
• Interface with senior technical stakeholders to define success criteria and drive delivery.
• Diagnose, debug and resolve failures through root-cause analysis.
• Design evaluation frameworks to validate agent behavior against ground truth.
